We are seeking an agile professional with a strong background in supply chain management and project coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving cross-functional initiatives while ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
As a Roll-Over Coordinator, you will lead activities following project validations, related to the replacement or integration of critical components in existing products across multiple production sites, through a structured and standardized process. In a second phase, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities to simplify, or automate these processes, contributing to continuous improvement and enhanced operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Component Change Management
Organize and monitor actions required to integrate new components and phase out old ones, ensuring uninterrupted production. - Cross-functional Communication
Collaborate with local and global teams to define and implement the change strategy. Ensure smooth and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders. - Operational Risk Management
Guarantee timely deployment of new components to prevent stockouts, machine downtime, or costs associated with the scrap of obsolete components. Coordinate with production sites to ensure no risk of mixing old and new components within the same batch. - Project Support
Work closely with project managers to understand project objectives, context, timelines, and support occasionally for code creation and code obsolescence. - Continuous improvement
Analyze and develop meaningful extracts to help visualize project data. Study the roll-over process and find opportunities to simplify, harmonize and automate it.
Profile and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent
- 5 years of experience minimum
- Strong knowledge in SAP ECC
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization/analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain, listen and analyze both technical and non-technical topics.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
