Job Description
About the Role
Join our MMS Customer Care Small Parts Order Entry team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage order entry, support customer inquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order processing
Main Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and enter customer orders into ERP systems
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Resolve order issues and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Process credits, returns, and rebills as needed
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, HIPAA, and company policies
- Manage backorders, allocations, and exception orders
- Meet service levels for accuracy and turnaround time
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- ERP experience (SAP or JDE preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus
Work Environment
- On-site role with a minimum of 4 days in office per week
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
- Work hours 8am -5pm CST Mon-Fri
