Job Description

• Support the upkeep of internal communications pages related to Commercial Excellence for Greater Asia region, helping to keep information easy to find, up to date, and clearly presented.
• Help create short, easy-to-read internal updates and summaries by gathering inputs from different teams and helping to coordinate what gets shared and when.
• Work with the team to simplify business ideas and guidance into clear, visual content such as one-page summaries, simple templates, or quick reference guides that are easy for employees to use.
• Assist with internal initiatives and content releases by helping track timelines, following up on reviews, and supporting coordination across teams.
• Learn how to shape clear, well-structured, and on-brand content that helps employees understand information quickly and confidently.
• As you gain confidence and experience, this role can gradually evolve to include more ownership of content development and contributions to larger internal initiatives.
