You'll use your clinical knowledge to deliver training, in-servicing, and rollout support for BD's PureWick system and play a key role in improving outcomes for patients and clinicians across hospitals.
You'll also support our broader critical care portfolio, working alongside a high-performing team that values energy, collaboration, and results.
Your Day-to-Day
As aClinical Specialist - Urology & Critical Careat BD, you'll provide clinical expertise and training to ensure successful adoption of BD products. Based in the Sydney region, you will provide support to public and private hospitals across NSW.
Your day will include:
- Delivering in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff
- Supporting product rollouts, trials, and evaluations
- Acting as a clinical resource for PureWick and other critical care solutions
- Building strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product adoption
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on activities and outcomes

About You
You're a driven, commercially minded nurse who's ready to take your clinical expertise into the MedTech industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and bring energy and professionalism to everything you do.
You'll bring:
- Current nursing qualification and clinical experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence to lead training sessions and engage with hospital teams
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn sales processes
- Ability to travel across your territory as required
