Lead the development, clinical support, and execution of marketing strategies, product management, and promotional activities for BD's Specimen Management in the assigned country. Ensure successful product positioning, market adoption, and alignment with the company's sales objectives. Work closely with Sales, Clinical, and Distributor teams to achieve business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including launch, positioning, promotion, and phase-out. Build and optimize SM product configurations, benchmark against competitors, and design superior SM product configurations to maximize customer value. Conduct professional product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal sales teams to ensure effective communication of SM product value.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and market share growth. Localize regional marketing initiatives to suit the country context.

3. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.

4. Clinical Support

  • Collaborate with SEA Clinical Manager and KOLs to provide clinical evidence, training, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Support clinical evaluations, trials, and data collection to reinforce product value.
  • Address customer clinical inquiries and ensure product adoption is supported with scientific and medical evidence.
  • Investigate and handle product-related complaints (e.g., tubes, needles), provide clear explanations and resolution to customers, and ensure feedback is communicated to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support clinical advocacy and long-term adoption of SM products.

4. Education & Promotion Programs: Design impactful marketing and educational programs for healthcare professionals (nurses, laboratory staff, etc.). Organize events, conferences, workshops, and CME programs to support product adoption.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Leader and sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with the SEA Clinical Manager to provide technical expertise.

6. Distributor & Partner Engagement: Support distributor marketing execution and ensure compliance with BD's standards. Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

7. Budget & Planning: Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI. Support the annual budget plan for marketing activities.
