Business Services Representative - Region Central - Part Time/Full Time

Job Description
The core responsibilities for this role is to service as the main point of contact for the Central Hub (GSA+EE regarding Service related commercial asks to maximize service sold at Point of Sale, also convert, renew, sell & upsell service offerings (implementation, post go live and value added services) covering the MMS portfolio from existing and prospective customers through a customer centric approach and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Maintain process adherence and meet revenue targets.
Your responsibilities:
Communication and close collaboration with Commercial and other teams
- being first point of contact for tender related requests relating to services. Provide tender responses both descriptive and pricing. Escalation point for pricing discounts. Other teams such as Tender management team, Professional Services, Customer Success Management, Service Readiness, etc)
- Perform direct service sales in the defined geographical territory for the entire MMS portfolio
- Manage service sales call flow as a first point of contact for internal & external customers (phone & e-mails)
- Close provided Leads into sale according to the process
- For a list of segmented customers, identify, qualify, and close service sales and perform contract opportunity management according to the processes, systems and tools in place (BD Way of Selling by incorporating Customer Centricity and SalesForce.com into daily activities)
- Arrange campaigns in collaboration with the commercial team
- Prepare, present and negotiate customer proposals by phone and emails, visit customer on ad hoc basis
- Provide existing customers revised agreements as required (upsell) and renew accounts according to agreements on an annual basis
- Prepare and send service contract material to the customer: offer letter, agreement terms & conditions, quotation, etc.
- Collect purchase orders from customer and coordinate the invoicing of service contracts.
- Create and maintain service contract records and data quality in the relevant Systems
- Follow-up on account and contract with the client & BD Field Service to assure yearly maintenance is assigned to the FSE via the designated system
- Manage/advise on the monthly service revenues reconciliation and accruals financial processes
- Maintain and manage the service contract forecasting tool
- Achieve the financial sales goals and performance at countries/territory level
- Responsible for the budgeting & forecasting process in collaboration with the Service Commercial organization
- Preparing and assisting in the development of revenue projections/forecasts, and presenting potential risks and opportunities as well as preparing analyses and reconciliations
- Oversees the entire quotation and billing process to ensure revenue is being timely recognized and accounted for on the monthly P&L
- Monitor and evaluate the Service sales performance and activities utilizing available systems
- Meeting established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales budget
- Track installed base clients, incl lifecycle, when EOL: Sales opportunities

Customer experience
- Establish on-going relationships with customers, increase presence at key accounts
- Promote the service portfolio and assess customers' servicing needs.
- Communicate with and provide exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers through all communication methods and professional behavior
- Embody trust, integrity and ethics inside and outside the company.
Your profile
- Min bachelor's degree in science, business or equal by experience
- Fluent in English and German, French or any Eastern European language a plus
- Ability to process and analyze data in online systems (Power BI, ServiceMax, excel) necessary
- Sales experience in a commercial environment and/or healthcare industry is a plus
- Solution selling skills and a commercial mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and listening skills
- Result driven & action oriented
- Exhibit good organization skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM (SFDC)
- A proactive & entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network & build long-term customer relationships
- Experience in direct medical device selling or contract selling desirable
- Experience in a Technical Service/ Commercial organization desirable
Travel requirements
The role can occasionally require travel across the region, and Europe for meetings or training courses. With a max of 5% of the time.
