AI Strategy Leadership

• Develop and execute BD Korea's AI and Analytics strategy, including short-term quick wins and long-term roadmap.
• Translate business needs from sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams into clear AI projects with measurable ROI.
• Build alignment across key stakeholders and ensure transparent communication on objectives, progress, and impact.
• Lead vendor selection (when required) in collaboration with Regional IT; negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the AI-driven analytics platform, including pilots, scaling, and continuous enhancement.
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues and ensure strong user adoption across commercial teams.
• Design and deliver training programs for non-technical business users.
• Create user guides, best practices, operating standards, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor system usage, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Regional IT to align on system architecture, data integration plans, and platform scalability.
• Act as the bridge between Korea business teams and global/regional digital teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
