1. Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
2. Team Leadership and Management
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives.
• Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Motivate the team to ensure high productivity and maintain morale.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals and clinics to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure excellent after-sales support.
4. Product Promotion and Training
• Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for hospital staff.
• Ensure the sales team has thorough knowledge of medical devices, their applications, and competitive advantages.
• Gather feedback from customers to refine product offerings and strategies.
