Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the administrative workflow for medical devices received from hospitals for repair or maintenance.
  • Open, register, and maintain work orders in the company's service management systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track repair status and ensure proper documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for hospitals regarding service requests and device logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Service engineers to prioritize work orders and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with BD quality, safety, and regulatory procedures related to service activities.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and service documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Service department.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree or FP
  • English upper intermediate
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and proactive attitude
  • Must be able to sign an internship agreement with the university.

Salary range for this role 950€ monthly
