Objetivo da posição
Atuar no processo de transição para a Reforma Tributária, conduzindo análises de impacto, adequações sistêmicas, revisão de processos e implementação de melhorias relacionadas as apurações atuais com olhar para o futuro com IBS e CBS.
Principais responsabilidades
- Participar ativamente dos projetos de implementação da Reforma Tributária.
- Realizar diagnósticos de impacto do IBS e CBS nos processos fiscais e operacionais da companhia.
- Apoiar o desenho do novo modelo de conformidade tributária.
- Atuar na parametrização, validação e testes de sistemas fiscais e ERP.
- Revisar e otimizar processos para redução de retrabalho, aumento de eficiência e mitigação de riscos.
- Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores, dashboards e ferramentas de gestão da área fiscal.
- Identificar oportunidades de automação e transformação digital dos processos tributários.
Requisitos obrigatórios
- Sólida experiência em tributos indiretos (ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS e COFINS).
- Experiência com parametrização tributária em sistemas.
- Conhecimento em SAP e Tax One.
- Vivência em projetos fiscais, melhorias de processos ou transformação tributária.
- Conhecimento em automação, tecnologia e análise de dados.
- Experiência com Power BI e desenvolvimento de dashboards.
- Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado à melhoria contínua.
