Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales:

• Descargar e ingresar en el sistema las facturas de proveedores, a través de los canales establecidos.
• Validar e Identificar el tipo de factura a procesar.
• Validar la información contenida en la factura versus la Orden de Compra referida.
• Gestionar con el área responsable la distribución y afectaciones por Centros de Costos.
• Gestionar y validar las diferentes aprobaciones/autorizaciones de las facturas tipo.
• Cumplir con los procedimientos y procesos en los tiempos y calidad de proceso establecidos SLA.
• Realizar seguimiento diario de los tickets cerrados como incompletos para su resolución.
• Asegurar que los procesos sean realizado de acuerdo a políticas de la Compañía.
• Atender a Stake Holders internos con responsabilidad y cumplir con plazos y niveles de servicios acordados.

Formación académica y experiencia previa:

• Formación académica deseada: Técnico en carreras del área contable o administrativa financiera.
• Experiencia deseada: Experiencia previa en áreas contables o administrativas; 1 año como analista de facturación, analista de compras, comprador, asistente administrativo o asistente contable.
• Manejo de Herramientas informáticas: Office intermedio.
• Manejo de sistema contable (ERP), deseable SAP.
