Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for BD's product portfolio within the designated region.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers in hospitals.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate the value proposition of BD solutions to prospective and current clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company pricing policies and contractual terms.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to provide comprehensive solutions and support to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and activity summaries to sales management.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to network and promote BD's brand and products.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5-7 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. (Prefered)
Strong understanding of the Korean healthcare market and customer dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
