Job Description

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppare relazioni strategiche con ospedali e stakeholder sanitari, identificando i bisogni e proponendo prodotti e soluzioni BD per favorire la crescita del business.


  • Raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali (Sales & Gross Profit) nell'area assegnata, sviluppando partnership con i clienti, promuovendo nuove soluzioni e monitorando le performance di agenti e dealer.


  • Analizzare mercato, opportunità e performance, collaborando con il Regional Sales Manager per forecast, piani di vendita, analisi SFDC e definizione degli obiettivi della rete indiretta.


  • Gestire e supportare gare d'appalto e processi di acquisto, assicurando l'identificazione dei bisogni, il supporto tecnico-commerciale, la raccolta di informazioni competitive e la corretta implementazione delle soluzioni aggiudicate.


  • Coordinare stakeholder interni ed esterni, coinvolgendo team cross-funzionali (Marketing, Clinical, Tender Support, ecc.), gestendo Key Opinion Leader e partecipando a congressi ed eventi di settore.


  • Monitorare risultati e opportunità di business, aggiornando CRM e reportistica, analizzando trend di mercato, attività dei competitor e avanzamento dei progetti per supportare le decisioni commerciali e strategiche.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale che conferisce la qualifica di ISF (Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco) secondo la normativa italiana che consente la promozione dei farmaci.


  • Aver maturato una esperienza significativa in ambito commerciale in realtà biomedicali in strutture pubbliche e private e nella gestione di gare complesse.


  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.


  • Conoscenza approfondita dei meccanismi e delle logiche di acquisto in realtà ospedaliere pubbliche e private.


  • Conoscenza dei principali stakeholder dei principali centri assegnati


  • Ottima conoscenza di tecniche di Strategic Selling


  • Propensione al problem solving


  • Ottima conoscenza di Windows XP e dei principali applicativi Microsoft Office (Excel in particolare).
