This territory covers: CO, KS, NE, WY, ND, SD, OKC. Candidate must live in the territory. Access to a major airport is required.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers in the Community Hospitals space. They are responsible for maximizing customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers or potential influencers; and managing a longer sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of how BD offerings match with customers' unique business needs.
- Serve as a leader in maintaining balance in all areas of the pipeline, ensuring consistent sustainable results
- Proactively demonstrate to the customer the defined value of partnering with BD both pre- and post-sales
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationships
- Build and sustain relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate and collaborate with the customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes
Required education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of proven success within a sales role
- Must have experience in Pharmacy, IT, Nursing, and/or C-suite
- Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles from lead generation to close
- Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
- Must live within territory and can travel up to 70% of the time
- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers' license and a satisfactory driving record.
Preferred qualifications:
- Pharmacy Automation Sales Experience
Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$133,900-$240,00 Annual Base + Incentive
