Responsibilities
- Handle AeRIAL AML Technology Reporting process to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) - Know Your Customer (KYC) data for Business, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology, Audit, Risk, and Compliance on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) reporting, developing and implementing strategies for the reporting program;
- Support AML users in Global Banking and Markets to resolve regulatory and audit queries related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports;
- Work with application production support teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data used for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reporting;
- Handle Agile scrum calls for the AML Tech Reporting Teams and help resolve functional and technical issues raised by the team;
- Work as part of an agile development team, developing new features and maintaining existing features for reporting applications built using MS SQL Server and Oracle technologies;
- Develop standard reports for operations using business intelligence tools like Microsoft SSRS;
- Develop and implement highly responsive data visualizations using Tableau;
- Provide inputs in enhancing reporting data models to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for Global Banking and Markets clients;
- Utilize SDLC automation tools including MS SQL Server and Oracle, JIRA, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, and Artifactory;
- Support Technology Change Management Routines with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Technology Product Team;
- Collaborate with Application Support and Business Operations groups to resolve system defects and data issues; and,
- Provide training and support to Business Operations users on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) - Know Your Customer (KYC) reporting system workflows.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Physics, Engineering (any), or related: and
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.
- Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing and developing production ready software using web, cloud and distributed technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment;
- Enhancing and maintaining high traffic intranet web apps using Java and cutting edge Devops technologies including OpenShift and Ansible;
- Using Java/J2EE technologies to develop scalable enterprise grade applications, libraries, frameworks and performing service integration through APIs and webservices using Spring MVC, Rest Webservices; and,
- Designing and developing solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, and Spring Boot.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$189,600.00 - $199,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
