Job Description:

This role serves as a global analytics resource, based in APAC, responsible for developing scalable reporting solutions that address regional complexity and can be extended across other international markets. It is a key contributor to the Sales Readiness and Effectiveness team, responsible for delivering actionable insights and performance analytics that drive strategic decision-making across the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) organization. The analyst will operate in a global, matrixed environment-aligning to global KPI definitions, reporting standards, and governance, while serving as a global point-of-contact, initially aligned to APAC stakeholders, with accountability to extend solutions across EMEA and LATAM.

Key responsibilities:

  • Independently build and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports aligned to global KPI definitions.
  • Perform data analysis to define, document, and maintain key metrics to measure success while adhering to global standards.
  • Work with large, complex data sets, using tools such as SQL, Alteryx and Tableau/BI dashboards.
  • Translate complex requirements into repeatable solutions and scale reporting frameworks across regions (EMEA, LATAM) in alignment with global standards.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to follow reporting governance and propose enhancements through established change management processes.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to translate regional priorities into analytical requirements and deliver insights with local market context.
  • Manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables in a matrixed environment across time zones.

Required skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Excel.
  • Core Competencies: Data Visualization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
  • Understanding of treasury and payment solutions to support strategic reporting.
  • Experience supporting international regions / multi-country stakeholder groups; able to tailor insights to local market context while maintaining global standards.
  • Work Style: Ability to manage multiple projects, continuous improvement mindset, risk awareness, and comfort working in a global, matrixed environment across time zones.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM to enhance data integration and client insights.
  • Familiarity with global banking structures and matrix operations.
