This job is responsible for supporting post-trade processing activities, including trade settlement, reconciliation, asset transfers, and exception management. Partners with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing while adhering to established controls and procedures. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills.

The Transaction Management Operations Analyst serves as the primary relationship contact for Americas (AMRS)-based institutional clients, supporting the post-trade lifecycle of U.S. Fixed Income transactions. This highly visible client-facing role is responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing trade confirmations, allocations, settlements, and operational inquiries. The analyst acts as a trusted partner to clients, trading desks, sales teams, and internal operations groups to ensure seamless client experience and timely resolution of trade-related issues. The ideal candidate combines Fixed Income operational knowledge with outstanding communication, relationship management, organization, and problem-solving skills. This position offers extensive exposure to Trading, Sales, and Institutional Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
- Responsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions
- Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AMRS-based institutional clients for all Fixed Income trade processing activities.
- Deliver a high-touch service experience by managing client inquiries related to trade confirmations, allocations, settlements, and account maintenance.
- Coordinate closely with trading desks, sales teams, clients, custodial banks, and operations business partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Take ownership of complex trade-related issues through to resolution, providing regular updates and clear communications to clients and the trading desk.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational risk, and improve the overall client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of capital markets experience, preferably within fixed income and/or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or operations management.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of team.
- Must be able to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, specifically creating Pivot and VLookup tables.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of client servicing experience
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Visio and Copilot
- General knowledge of the stock/bond market and investment principles.
- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner
