Process Overview
The ESO organization works with families and legal partners of the deceased customer when they have experienced the loss of a loved one. The ESO team crosses multiple lines of business while handling multiple product relationships and ensures the customers and Bank's interest
Job Description
The Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) team ensures the end-to-end deceased customer experience is coordinated from notification to the final disbursement and/or closure of the account. Working with survivors requires a special touch to ensure all transactions are handled within stipulated timeliness and are completed accurately.
Responsibilities
Respond to requests in a timely manner by processing protective maintenance and reviewing documents. Investigate by determining the best course of action for the deceased customer account to resolve the requests. Should have strong understanding of the internal policies, procedures and empathetical mindset for early resolution and regulatory requirements when reviewing customer's accounts. Ability to follow logical, analytical approach while completing the research to complete the request. Must be able to balance Quality and Productivity expectations due to sensitive nature of business
Requirements
Education
Graduation/ Post Graduation (except BE, BTECH)
Experience Range
1-2 years of experience

Ability to deliver as per timelines without compromising accuracy
Strong attention to detail and adherence to bank procedures and escalation rules
Capability to correlate information, comprehend complex situations, and make effective decisions
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently as well as part of team
