Job Description:
This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead engineering teams responsible for enterprise AI, intelligent automation, digital capture, and document intelligence platforms. This role will help drive the next generation of business automation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Document Processing, workflow orchestration, and agentic automation to transform how information is captured, processed, and acted upon across the enterprise.
This leader will be accountable for driving technology strategy, engineering execution, platform modernization, and operational excellence across a portfolio of highly scalable business-critical platforms. The role requires a strong combination of people leadership, architecture expertise, AI knowledge, and large-scale technology delivery experience.

Responsibilities:
- Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
- Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
- Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
- Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
- Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
- Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering managers, architects, and software engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise platforms supporting high-volume, mission-critical business processes.
- Experience developing and executing technology strategies aligned to long-term business objectives.
- Strong background managing complex distributed systems, enterprise integrations, and large-scale application architectures.
- Experience driving platform modernization, cloud/container adoption, automation, and engineering transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product, operations, and business organizations.
- Experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing engineering organizations, including talent management, succession planning, mentoring, and workforce transformation.
- Strong financial and resource management experience, including workforce planning, budget management, vendor management, and delivery prioritization.
- Experience establishing engineering governance, SDLC best practices, quality standards, and delivery management frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, platform reliability, resiliency, observability, performance optimization, and service stability.
- Strong experience managing technology risk, security, audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory requirements in a complex enterprise environment.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and effectively communicate technology strategy, business value, risks, and investment priorities to executive stakeholders.

- Experience with enterprise workflow orchestration, business process automation, API-driven platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), CI/CD, platform engineering, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience leading large-scale modernization programs involving legacy platform transformation and adoption of emerging technologies.
