The Team:

GXPP (Global Cross Product Programs) is a high performing team with an established reputation for delivering complex change programs that span organisational boundaries (e.g. Brexit, CSDR, TPC, Transaction Reporting, Tax, TPLS, Ops Mandates, Sanctions, DTCC & OCC modernisation, International T+1 and now project Starling).

The team is made up of talented individuals with a variety of backgrounds and skills, who work well together to drive quality output in a collaborative environment.

Role Description:

The role is to join the team delivering the Global accelerated settlement program, managing complex deliverables across many markets to prepare BofA to operate successfully in the shortened processing window. These key regulatory mandates are driving broad change across a large part of the GMT system landscape and support significant changes in the Operations Operating Model.

Responsibilities:

  • A Senior Delivery Lead, is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program(s) which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations.
  • Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program.
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, cost. They manage financials for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
  • Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
  • Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
    • Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
  • Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
  • Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
  • Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program.
  • Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading complex delivery/programmes across multiple organisations/workstreams with interdependent milestones and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to define measurable target outcomes with sponsors/stakeholders and maintain delivery alignment to those outcomes throughout execution.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management capability-able to establish trusted relationships with business and technology leaders across functions, including Risk/Compliance partners.
  • Deep practical experience running programme governance routines (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder forums, change controls, tollgates) and keeping them effective and decision-oriented.
  • Proven competence in end-to-end integrated planning: scope, milestones, critical path, cross-team dependencies, and delivery sequencing across multiple organisations.
  • Strong track record of dependency management, impediment removal, and RAIDs (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies) governance, including timely escalation and remediation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills-able to drive cross-organisation collaboration, align competing priorities, and maintain momentum against timelines.
  • Significant experience producing clear, concise executive reporting on delivery progress, schedule, risks/issues, decisions required, and outcome tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Change Management expectations, including ensuring delivery adheres to enterprise policy/standards, governance, and escalation routes.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, track, and review success metrics/KPIs with stakeholders, using insight to drive corrective action where needed.
  • Strong financial stewardship experience (budget management, forecasting, variance control) plus practical resource planning across delivery phases.
  • Capability to continuously improve delivery by contributing to process definition/optimisation (templates, routines, controls, portfolio ways of working).

Skills that will help:

  • Experience delivering change in a highly regulated environment (e.g., financial services), partnering closely with Risk/Compliance and operating under formal change governance.
  • Familiarity with common tooling such as Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for planning, tracking and exec communication.
  • Demonstrated use of RACI-based operating models and role clarity to drive accountability across matrixed teams.
