This role supports and leads the delivery of corporate change initiatives, including T+1 Accelerated Settlement and Asset Services projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, governance, and compliance standards.

Working closely with program sponsors, operations, and technology teams, you will define project scope, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking milestones, preparing governance materials, and delivering senior stakeholder reporting. You will identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive operational excellence across global initiatives, including platform migrations and regulatory change.

The role also focuses on continuous improvement, leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making, while supporting effective change adoption.
