Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling experience is preferred. Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
- Conducting due diligence via system of record (SOR) and vendor portals.
- Accurate preparation of lien release documentation, signing and notary execution, and communication with internal and external clients.
- Updating System of Record (SOR) with release status for tracking purposes
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Leasing documentation and credit structures
- Experience preparing Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney, Lien Release Letter, UCC terminations, or other collateral documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
- Well organized and efficient; adept at multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with focus in Word and Excel
