• Planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams.
• Communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards.
• Ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Working with software developers and product owners to analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology solutions and assisting with decision making on the cost-benefit analysis.
• Updating and maintaining hardware and software systems and design as needed.
• Facilitating resolution of technical issues in software systems.
• Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related: and
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
• Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:
• Working with software developers (python and java) to analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis;
• Researching and evaluating new hardware and software technology solutions and help make decisions on the cost-benefit analysis;
• Updating and maintaining hardware and software systems and design by utilizing Enterprise Management tools; and,
• Facilitating resolution of technical issues in software systems across software developers and infrastructure/ hardware teams.
