Process Overview - Sanctions Review team currently performs Sanctions Screening in FircoSoft system for all payments entities, settlements and trade transactions for Asia, EMEA & US at Enterprise level.
All the payments whether manually created on GBS, FPS, or STP and Trade transactions passes through Fircosoft .

Job Description
- This is a specialized role who would be a Manager and handle all the business/management deliverables in Global Economic Sanctions process. Also, the role demands to have sound Sanctions, Payments and Investigations knowledge in order to handle process specifics as and when required.

Responsibilities -

  • Handle all the Monthly Process and Management Reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Take lead in handling other annual Process deliverables such as Integrated BCP Test, PG Review, PRR, etc
  • Ensure daily reporting of Process Metrics such as queue allocation, productivity and accuracy reports etc. is done with accuracy and timeliness
  • Take ownership of daily Work allocation, define responsibilities for team and provide regular work status
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the routine Process Controls are performed and status reported
  • Ensure Performance Scorecard for the Team is prepared accurately and in timely manner
  • Ensure Process updates are shared with the team via SOKC roll outs
  • Processing on the queues as per business requirement
  • Co-ordinate with teams onshore/offshore to expedite the resolution keeping all controls in consideration.
  • Actively participate and contribute in Team huddles and other process discussions keeping in mind business priorities over other things
  • Actively get involved in the Projects / Business Priorities of the year and deliver the same as per roles and responsibilities assigned with full ownership and accountability
  • Bring in Process improvements to simplify and standardize process flow, reduce NVA steps, demand reduction ideas, improving CTQ performance etc. which should give significant benefit for the process in terms of efficiency and time saves
  • Escalate issues to the Leadership team as they arise - any potential losses and escalations
  • As per defined roles and responsibilities, ensure the LOB Dashboard calls are taken care
  • Be ready to take and deliver on adhoc responsibilities that may arise in the business

Requirements


  • Education - Graduate (B.Com)/ Any
  • Experience Range 12-15 years
  • Strong people manager with end to end supervisory exposure from work allocation until performance review
  • Extensive knowledge in Sanctions Review process, Strong Payments knowledge (Swift),
  • Good Communication Skills both written & Verbal
  • Thorough understanding of the Systems used - FircoSoft, GIN, GBS and other
  • Quick adaptation to changing Regulatory and Sanctions Landscape
  • Ability to multitask , prioritizing urgent items & deliver on time
  • Organized, methodical and customer focused
  • Ready to stretch when required
  • Willingness and able to own tasks to completion
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and shift timings
  • Excellent MS Office Skills required to handle variety of report

Work Timings*

  • Staggered Night Shifts (Any 9 Hours shift on rotation basis)
