Job Description:
The role requires the candidate to process branch operations related activities, to manage Cash counter, trade and treasury transactions with good accuracy and speed to meet the defined TAT.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process cash management and trade and treasury transactions
  • Ensure Processing as per TAT's
  • Responsible for effectively processing of transactions
  • Engage with clients to build strong relationship and effectively manage their expectations.
  • Generate new ideas and contribute towards process improvement.

Skills:

  • Graduate with minimum 2-3 years' experience or MBA with 1-2 years' experience in Banking Operation
  • Should possess basic knowledge of Banking
  • Responsible for effectively handling trade and treasury transactions
  • Responsible for efficient handling of the Cash Management Process for the branch
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
  • Ensuring adequate controls are in place and Support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements
  • Regular interaction with Internal and External stakeholders, clients and peers across branches for job related activities.
  • Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.
