Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and drive further expansion of the business through client pitches to develop relationships with company management.
- Work as a primary bank advocate and key financial advisor for the relationship, accountable for prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
- Engage in dialogue with CFO, Treasurer, Capital Markets, and Cash Management teams regarding clients' industries and alternative capital structures.
- Assess risks and impacts from both the clients' and the bank's perspective for development and implementation of an overall client strategy.
- Collaborate and coordinate with key team members in the analysis, execution, and effective delivery of their products and services to clients and prospects.
- Understand and interpret financial statements, especially cash flow statements.
- Prepare and present market updates, industry trends, and best practices to clients and internal stakeholders to promote awareness of international capabilities and drive sales.
- Act as the point person for the client across all products and coordinating with internal colleagues to generate ideas and drive engagement.
- Leverage industry knowledge of Latin American multinationals gained through direct coverage experience enabling identification of opportunities and emerging risks and demonstrated by a deep understanding of client peers, enabling recommendations on working capital efficiency, debt capacity and targeted advice on capital structure optimization.
- Leverage expertise across the subsidiaries' space to conduct company and industry research to support financial advisory using tools/systems including Refinitiv.
- Assess client financials to provide cost efficient corporate finance solutions in economic environments including commodity markets volatility and rates & currencies fluctuations.
- Analyze client needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities to bolster client relationships, generate revenue, and drive product engagement.
- Utilize product knowledge across Credit, Loans, Structured Finance, Debt & Equity Capital Markets, GPS, Hedging and Financial Advisory to strategize with stakeholders in order to promote and sell to clients.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistic, Finance, Management, Engineering (any) or related: and
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
- Must include 7 years of experience in each of the following:
- Acting as the pointperson for the client across all products and coordinating with internal colleagues to generate ideas and drive engagement;

Pay range
$275,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
