Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering either small end-to-end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.
The digital marketing team develops, executes and measures programs that support customer, segment and business goals. The team uses digital channels to build the brand, acquire clients, deepen relationships and enable the sales force. The Enterprise Digital team manages end-to-end digital marketing for Enterprise programs, including Better Money Habits, about.bankofamerica.com and local market pages.
This role is a core team member and primary publishing program manager for the Better Money Habits site, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Synechron, GroupeConnect, Digital teams, Communications, Marketing stakeholders and internal technology partners. The role oversees intake, execution, quality assurance and day-to-day publishing operations in alignment with the Enterprise Digital Marketing SPI.
Responsibilities:
- Activate content through the core content management system across owned digital channels to strengthen brand favorability and perception.
- Partner with lead agency, Digital and Marketing teams, business partners and internal technology teams to launch programs in Adobe Experience Manager, including dynamic and personalized experiences.
- Own the end-to-end publishing workflow, from intake through production and deployment.
- Manage intake and publishing activities in alignment with the SPI process, risk controls and measurement routines.
- Serve as primary liaison for Marketing and Communications stakeholders, Synechron, GroupeConnect and internal technology teams.
- Build channel, business and program expertise to support effective execution.
- Oversee day-to-day request intake and internal production team delivery for business-as-usual publishing.
- Produce digital assets in accordance with risk frameworks, best practices and reporting insights.
- Assess publishing processes and recommend improvements that support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in program marketing, digital content management or digital publishing.
- Corporate digital publishing experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices.
- Experience working with or within a digital agency.
- Experience with program measurement, including test/control and A/B testing.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$71,600.00 - $119,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
