Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating a broad range of administrative and operational functions across a department or line of business. Acting as a central point of contact for senior leadership activities, the role takes a consultative approach to driving business priorities, enabling effective decision-making and alignment across stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic communications, financial oversight, personnel processes, audit and compliance, process improvement, and business continuity planning. The role also requires the ability to develop high-quality, insightful PowerPoint presentations and leadership materials, producing clear, compelling decks for senior stakeholders in a timely manner.

The position requires close collaboration with a wide range of business partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic initiatives, supporting leadership in achieving both tactical and long-term objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of strategic communication plans aligned to business objectives
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and leadership-ready materials to support senior stakeholder engagement
- Create and deliver clear, concise, and visually compelling decks for senior leadership meetings and forums
- Develop and drive comprehensive plans for key organisational priorities, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
- Partner with reporting and analytics teams to ensure accurate insights while identifying opportunities to streamline and reduce manual processes
- Support senior executives across a range of engagements, including process improvements and strategic projects
- Provide oversight of key deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Skills:
- Confident, professional presence with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior audiences
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to create high-impact materials for senior leadership
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, structured, and visually engaging presentations
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a collaborative team environment
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organisation
