Job Description:

The Business Support Associate will be part of the Asia Pacific Technology COO team. Responsible for supporting the business management activities and processes ranging from headcount, financial, performance management, workspace and executive reporting. This position will require strong collaboration with the wider business management community within Technology. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize as well as handle multiple priorities is a key competency for success in this role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of executive level reporting materials and executive routines
  • Financial management including explain of variances and forecast for the COO & Business Control team
  • Support the oversight and analytics of workforce
  • Key Risk Indicator reporting & analytics
  • Oversight and reporting of regional workspace
  • Manage production of Technology Community page
  • Manage business continuity plan and coordinate return to office logistics
  • Support key cross FLU O&I and Employee Engagement agenda

Skills:

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate at a range of levels in the organization with focus on written skills
  • Able to understand a financial plan
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to initiate own work priorities and manage a portfolio independently
