Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of diverse administrative functions for COO NoBraMex. Key responsibilities include acting as a central point of contact for senior leadership routines and activities, financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, associate training, service quality, process improvements, business continuity, and communications. Job expectations include interacting with a wide variety of business partners to deliver strategic work efforts to ensure tactical priorities are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and governance of key NoBraMex: Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Peru, management forums and leadership committees, including preparation of meeting materials, agendas, attendee management, action-item tracking, meeting minutes, and follow-up activities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop presentations and executive updates for local, regional, and global stakeholders, including the Country Leadership Team (CLT), President of Latin America, and other governance bodies.
  • Maintain and oversee NoBraMex organizational structures, reporting lines, and organizational charts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Support leadership with organizational planning, workforce changes, and management reporting related to headcount and team structures.
  • Support governance and execution of Organizational & Inclusion (O&I) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement activities, community initiatives, and programs that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Coordinate governance activities related to Non-Financial Risk Reviews (NFRR) and other risk management initiatives.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Control functions to ensure timely completion of action items, remediation activities, and governance requirements.
  • Develop executive presentations, management reports, briefing materials, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Translate complex business topics into concise and effective communications for senior management audiences.
  • Coordinate governance and oversight of departmental budgets, including marketing expenses, subscriptions and memberships, events, and other operational expenditures.
  • Monitor budget utilization, support forecasting activities, and ensure expenditures align with business priorities and approved financial plans.
  • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of internal and external business events, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, budget requirements, and business objectives.

Required skills:

  • Solid 5 years of experience in Bank of America or equivalent institutions, in areas such as COO, Business Management, Finance, Risk Management
  • Office suite of tools (experienced in Excel and Powerpoint), heavy user of Artificial Intelligence software (GPT, Claude, Copilot)
  • Able to organize both internal and external events, connect with remote teams
  • Procedure writing abilities
  • Hands on, team player, able to execute small tasks (in a team where everyone does everything)
  • Able to build connections and partnerships in both a small office and remotely
  • Language skills: English, Spanish
  • Finance skills: financial statements, expense reports, strong focus on critical analysis of financial metrics (PTE, PTM, ROA, ROI, CAGR, etc)
  • Attention to detail and solid review skills
