Analyst/Associate: Equity Research, Multi-Industrials

Job Description:
The BofA Multi-Industrial team covers 35 leading stocks - including GE Vernova, Honeywell, Eaton, Parker-Hannifin, Trane, and 3M - and is looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our high-impact, three-person group. In this role you will contribute by generating ideas, understanding market-wide trends, attending industry events, meeting and talking with clients, running financial models, and writing impact reports.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and run 3-statement integrated financial models for individual stocks
- Write industry and company research reports
- Develop strong, differentiated industry knowledge
- Build relationships with covered companies, industry experts, and other data sources
- Interact regularly with clients including calls, meetings, and events
- Closely company-specific news, developments, and catalysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, research, banking or consulting
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- General interest in the stock market
- Must work well in a fast-paced, intense and collaborative team environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$70,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
