Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of NetSuite and its integrated systems, playing a critical role in enabling operational continuity across our Ecommerce team which encompasses Customer Service, Order Processing, Procurement, Delivery and Logistics, and Warehouse Management.

You will manage the NetSuite environment to ensure streamlined processes, improved operational efficiency, and ability to provide exceptional customer support. Day-to-day duties will be determined by partnering with Operations, Customer Service and Procurement to ensure the NetSuite systems are configured now and, in the future, to drive the efficiencies needed to meet strategic business goals.

Beyond the Operations, CS and Procurement teams, you'll collaborate with our Finance, Merchandising, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration across all business operations. This role involves gathering requirements, exploring solutions, providing ongoing support and guidance based on your knowledge of NetSuite and continuing to educate internal teams about new possibilities.

This full-time position reports to the SVP of Operations and is located in Boise, ID expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.

What you’ll do:

  • System Administration
    • Ensure NetSuite processes align with business requirements and workflows
    • Suggest workflows, and integrations to automate tasks and enhance functionality
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation for all system processes, and configurations
    • Manage user account/ role creation and security settings
    • Be an expert on integration between NetSuite and other company resident systems like CRM (Gladly), eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud), or internally developed systems
    • Ensure configurations support desired outcomes and advise on system changes
    • Assist in planning system upgrades and integrations
    • Be the “go-to” resource for the latest NetSuite features and best practices related to Operations, CS and Procurement
  • Training and Support
    • Deliver training sessions and technical support to internal users
    • Troubleshoot problems, recommend and support solutions
    • Support Change Management
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Generate suggested key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, fulfillment rates, shipping costs, etc.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization

What you bring to the table:

  • NetSuite Domain Expertise and Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role with demonstrated growth in responsibility
    • Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
    • Experience working with multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification (or desire to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of order Ecommerce Operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, procurement, and customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and solid grasp of complex business processes and finance fundamentals
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams -both technical and non-technical
  • A customer-focused mindset that helps both internal teams and external partners meet shopper needs
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of additional NetSuite modules (Inventory, WMS, Finance)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Additional certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite SuiteFoundations)
  • Experience with change management in enterprise environments
  • Experience with international e-commerce operations
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions

The base pay range for this position is: $97,000 to $121,000. Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, skills, alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors. It is uncommon for offers to be made at the top of the range, as this typically reflects a candidate who exceeds all role requirements and brings significant, directly applicable experience. We benchmark our pay ranges against current external data sources and regularly review compensation for our team members.
