The Enterprise Experience (EXP) team at Autodesk is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across our organization. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Experiences, this role will be critical in shaping how Autodesk empowers its employees with modern tools, seamless operations, and collaborative platforms.
As a key member of the Enterprise Experience leadership team, you will partner across teams like Digital Employee Experience, Digital Operations, Enterprise Collaboration, and Media Production Services. You'll be responsible for driving strategy, planning, and execution at the organization level and leading cross-functional programs that span Autodesk's enterprise ecosystem.
This role requires a highly organized and analytical leader who can see both the big picture and the execution details. You'll need to balance long-term strategy with short-term priorities, connecting programs and processes to measurable impact while ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and operational planning (Objectives, Metrics, scorecards, quarterly business reviews, executive updates)
- Partner with the Sr. Director to set priorities, track progress, and ensure accountability across EXP teams
- Lead the day-to-day business operations of the EXP team including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating rhythm of the leadership team
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across Autodesk, ensuring alignment and visibility into Enterprise Experience initiatives
- Plan / execute cross organization engagement opportunities amongst the senior and extended leadership team cohorts
- Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise-wide programs across cross functional teams
- Ensure cross-org programs are prioritized, resourced, and linked to measurable business outcomes and key results
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans in response to changing requirements
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact, efficiency, and adoption of enterprise tools and services
- Partner with engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that empower Autodesk employees globally
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, service management, and/or enterprise operations management
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional, large-scale programs in distributed and global organizations
- Proven experience in enterprise IT, employee experience platforms, collaboration tools, and/or digital workplace services
- Strong data analysis, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience in planning and driving organizational requirements (OKRs, QBRs, executive updates, etc.) and working directly with senior leadership
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with developing and/or managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, & Outlook etc.) or digital workplace technologies
- Strong background in organizational operations, planning, or business operation capacity
- Track record of influencing cross functional stakeholders and driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,100 and $189,420. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
