本ポジションでは、カーデザインまたは製造分野の経験を持ち、大規模環境において幅広い技術をサポートした経験を持つプロフェッショナルを募集します。この役割では、世界中の中規模および大規模エンタープライズのお客様と密接に連携します。

あなたは Customer Success 組織の一員として Customer Technical Success チーム内の Technical Adoption and Success グループに参加し、プロフェッショナルとして成長でき、高い成果に対して正当に評価されるチームで活躍していただきます。

Technical Adoption Specialist グループは、戦略的なお客様の成功と投資対効果を最大化する責任を担っています。

職務内容（Responsibilities）

• Autodesk ソリューションの採用を促進するためのライブコーチングセッションを提供する
• 技術的な信頼できるアドバイザーとして、お客様に対してオートデスク製品の専門知識や洞察を提供し、ビジネス成果の達成を支援する
• お客様の成功と新製品導入を促進するため、パッケージ化されたサービス提供を構築・維持・提供する
• お客様のニーズ、課題、期待される成果を把握するためのディスカバリーミーティングを実施する
• エンドユーザー向けの 1 対多数のウェビナーを通じて、Autodesk ソリューションの採用を推進するデジタルコンテンツを提供する
• 特定の顧客課題を解決するため、CTS 基準の品質と一貫性に沿ったデジタルコンテンツを作成・更新する
• お客様の成功および新製品採用を向上させるため、パッケージサービスカタログを設計・構築・維持する

• 自動車および製造業界のニーズやワークフローに関する高度な知識
• 自動車工学または機械工学の学士号、または同等の経験
• Autodesk Alias または Fusion 360 を活用した実運用環境でのサーフェスデザインの専門知識
  （Rhinoceros など類似製品での経験も可）
• VRED を用いたリアルタイムレンダリングの実運用環境での専門知識

• 自動車および製造業界または関連分野での 5～6 年の経験
• 外部向けのプレゼンテーションスキル
• 迅速に学び、変化の速い環境に柔軟に対応できる能力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル必須。英語は読み書きができるレベルが最低条件

• あらゆるレベルの関係者と関係構築できる優れたコミュニケーション能力と主体性
• ライブまたはオンラインの聴衆に対して、複雑な技術内容をわかりやすく伝えられる優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーションスキル
• Autodesk Inventor、Autodesk Vault、Maya の追加知識
• 大規模かつ要求の厳しい顧客への技術コンサルティング経験または技術プロジェクト支援経験
• VR（バーチャルリアリティ）実装の経験
• チームメンバー同士の協働を楽しむ、チーム志向の働き方ができること

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess customer needs,painneeds, pain points and desired outcomes
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges
• Design, build, and maintain the packaged service catalog to increase customer success and new product adoption

• Advanced knowledge of Automotive and manufacturing industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive engineering. or Mechanical engineering
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Alias or Fusion 360 of surface design in a production environment (Rhinoceros and other products are also possible)
• Expert knowledge of real-time rendering in VRED in a production environment (other competitive products are also possible)
• 5 - 6 years Automotive and manufacturing industry or related field experience
• External public speaking/presentation Skills
• Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Native-level Japanese is required. The minimum requirement for English is to be able to read and write

• Strong communicator and able to build relationships at all levels, taking initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
• Additional knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault, and Maya is beneficial
• Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding clients
• Experience with Virtual Reality implementation
• Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team
