We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI integration to join our dynamic team at Autodesk. In this role, you will lead the development and integration of our AI Agent into Autodesk's platforms, ensuring seamless and effective customer interactions across various touch points. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing Autodesk's capabilities and providing our customers with cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the development and integration of AI Agent technology into Autodesk's platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI capabilities across various customer touch points.
- Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and specifications for AI integrations.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models tailored to Autodesk's needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure Autodesk remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with software and/or AI products
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI integration projects, preferably within a large technology company.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable product requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience in the design and make technology industry.
- Knowledge of Autodesk's product suite and services.
- Familiarity with customer experience and touch point optimization.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
