Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a talented scrum team to define and perform manual and automated testing, ensuring every feature meets user story acceptance criteria and release quality
• Own the testing, troubleshooting, and debugging, working closely with developers, architects, designers and product managers to identify, escalate, triage and address quality issues
• Lead both front-end and back-end automation efforts, using modern frameworks and best practices to drive code coverage and service reliability
• Define the team's testing strategy and establish robust release management practices with continuous improvements
• Translate product requirements into actionable test plans for functional and regression testing
• Champion automation stability, tackle flaky tests, and guide the team in adopting effective tools and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institution
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in commercial software testing, with strong skills in JavaScript, Java, or Python
• Experience with front-end automation frameworks (Cypress, Protractor) and back-end REST API automation (Rest Assured, Karate)
• Familiarity with BDD methodologies (Cucumber, JBehave) and performance testing tools (JMeter)
• Proficiency with Jira, Jenkins, GIT, and cloud data management services
• Solid background in testing backend, mobile, and web applications for scalable, high-quality cloud services
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of Agile development and QA methodologies

• Exposure to automation frameworks like Robot Framework, Puppeteer, or quick scripting in Postman
• Experience with CI tools (Jenkins) and AWS-based cloud infrastructure
