Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to define and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of conversational AI, generative search, and in-product experience in service of our GTM objectives.
This role requires strategizing bold product vision to support the end to end customer journey on our digital properties ; which begins from helping our customers discover and explore the right Autodesk products for their needs ; helping them seamless try and buy; set them up for success in their onboarding and use of products; and help them get unblocked through self-service or human assisted motions.
We also offer GTM driven motions in-product for all the Autodesk products and this will require working closely with our industry vertical teams and Autodesk Assistant platform team to scale the right capabilities for in-product experiences.
The ideal candidate will connect strategic vision to measurable GTM outcomes and drive fast, iterative product delivery in close partnership with engineering, AI/ML, design, data, and GTM teams. This role is ripe for someone who loves to think big and bold in the world of agentic AI and can push the ecosystem forward through continuous incremental step function changes in the customer experience.

Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and evangelize a cohesive product strategy for conversational AI and generative search across Autodesk's Web and in-product experiences (commerce, support, onboarding, self-help)
- Translate business and GTM objectives into product goals and success metrics
- Use customer insights and market trends to drive step function changes on product's evolution, with a clear thesis on AI-driven value
Ownership Across the Customer Lifecycle
- Drive product decisions affecting discovery → purchase → activation → adoption → retention → expansion
- Lead cross-disciplinary initiatives working with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Support to align on roadmaps and outcomes
- Define how AI and generative interfaces surface contextually to help users complete goals faster and more effectively
Execution & Iteration
- Lead fast, experimental cycles: Define and measure outcomes, iterate or pivot quickly
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, reliable, and measurable
- Use data and qualitative feedback to refine prioritization, UX, and product experience
Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple AI product spaces.
- Drive clarity on goals, responsibilities, and delivery milestones across the product organization.
- Represent product strategy & bold product vision to senior leadership and stakeholders and influence teams to achieve that vision
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving product strategy and execution in complex domains
- Demonstrated ability to ship products that move metrics and have business impact
- Experienced in working with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to build, launch, and iterate on customer-facing experiences
- Strong communicator, able to tell a compelling product story that aligns cross-functional partners
- High comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conversational AI, enterprise search, or generative AI products
- Experience owning in-product commerce and support experiences with measurable GTM outcomes
- Enterprise SaaS experience and understanding of customer lifecycle KPIs

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $153,000 and $273,460. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
