We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support-you will act as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and operational backbone to ensure the executive and leadership team operate at peak effectiveness.
This position requires exceptional organizational rigor, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where accuracy is critical.
You will report to our Executive Vice-President, Interactive Graphics, Media & Entertainment, and this position is hybrid, working from our San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the executive's complex calendar, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and strategic time management across global time zones
- Serve as a gatekeeper and advisor on time allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions before problems arise
- Prepare the executive for meetings with briefings, agendas, and relevant materials
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to drive operating cadence, including leadership meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and communications
- Track action items and ensure timely completion across the leadership team
- Maintain meeting logs, communication channels, and documentation to support organizational clarity
- Provide occasional meeting support (notes, summaries, distribution of materials)

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, global travel, and executive operations
- Strong track record of operating in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience planning and executing large-scale events and offsites

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $94,000 and $168,190. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
