Position Overview: As the Senior Director, Partner Marketing at Autodesk, you will lead Autodesk's global Partner Marketing team, focused on driving demand through partner programs and campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective partner marketing strategies that drive partner engagement, increase sales, and expand market reach. You will help support the strategy and transition to become market place for our partners and eco system. You will partner with Partner Management and Partner Strategy and actively participate in the strategic planning, management, and marketing-specific execution of partner-driven programs to drive growth and expansion of our mid-sized customers.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement a global partner marketing strategy that aligns with Autodesk's growth objectives and regional market dynamics• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple high performing teams while managing and directing work through Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market and sell Autodesk products• Oversee the development and execution of tailored marketing programs for each region and ensure that programs are consistent and effective• Drive partner enablement initiatives to empower partners with training, resources, and support to enhance their sales capabilitiesMinimum Qualifications:• Proven ability to hire, lead, and inspire multiple high-performing teams with the ability to drive team performance to achieve ambitious goals• Partner Marketing experience in a market place environment• Proven experience in developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies• Proficient in overseeing the development and execution of tailored marketing programs for different regions• In-depth understanding of global markets and regional differences in marketing approaches• Capable of driving channel enablement initiatives that empower partners with training, resources, and support• Strong ability to establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of channel marketing programs and identify areas for improvement• Adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $162,400 and $262,680. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
