Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to be a subject matter expert in two critical foundational pillars: Enterprise Compute Environments and IP Address Management (IPAM) and Core Network Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the advanced design, deployment, stability, and optimization of our global server and virtualization infrastructure. This role also demands deep expertise in maintaining and automating the integrity of our IPAM, DNS, and DHCP platforms. The Engineer will drive modernization efforts, implement infrastructure-as-code principles, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our most vital computing and networking resources.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the health, security, and performance of our Windows Server fleet
- Administer our BlueCat IPAM system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of DNS, DHCP, and IP address data
- Manage and maintain our VMware virtual infrastructure, including ESX hosts, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager (SRM), and virtual machines
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline daily operational tasks and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, and BlueCat services
- Collaborate with other teams to implement new infrastructure solutions and integrate existing systems
- Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and operational procedures for infrastructure management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a hands-on infrastructure engineering or systems administration role
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Extensive experience with VMware virtualization technologies, including ESX hosts, vCenter, and Site Recovery Manager (SRM)
- Extensive experience with BlueCat IPAM or similar IPAM solutions
- Advanced proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Python for system automation and task orchestration
- A strong automation mindset and a proven ability to reduce manual workloads
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve critical incidents
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus
