Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the digital-led go-to-market (GTM) program for the Autodesk Flow Studio education strategy. This individual will own and execute digital programs and projects designed to increase awareness, adoption, and monthly active users (MAUs) of Autodesk Flow Studio among university students and educators.

You will own the data-informed digital content strategy, manage agencies, paid/organic tactics to optimize the user funnel, and implement AI-powered marketing approaches at scale. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where experimentation, rapid learning, and urgency are essential.

This role is ideal for a digital marketer with experience growing consumer adoption and usage through performance-oriented digital content, web, social, and influencer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Education team's digital marketing strategy for Flow Studio to drive rapid growth of new student/educator adoption and monthly active users
  • Build and execute full-funnel, digital-first tactics across web, email, in-product messaging, social, influencer, and paid channels, informed by SEO, AIO, and social listening insights
  • Manage education web pages to optimize customer journeys for self-service adoption and ongoing usage
  • Partner closely with cross-functional Autodesk teams including technical marketing, SEO, industry, product, brand, social, GTM programs
  • Align plans with key program milestones, integrate feedback loops from student ambassador focus groups
  • Drive an organic social strategy that resonates with student creators/animaters/VFX/game designers, leveraging trends, short-form video, and user-generated content
  • Develop and inform world-class digital content (blogs, social, short form videos, emails, web pages, tutorials) that drive Flow Studio's brand awareness and MAU goals
  • Partner with student ambassador programs, creator communities, and influencers to expand reach and generate authentic content that resonates with student creators/animaters/VFX/game designers
  • Manage agencies to develop best-in-class digital and social content, execute paid media tests across search, social, and display
  • Implement experimentation frameworks to rapidly identify winning formats, channels, and content types
  • Leverage performance dashboards and reporting to track leading and lagging metrics and identify optimization opportunities
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize content and workflow automation-and show measurable ROI from these tools
  • A strong understanding of AIO and SEO strategies to generate organic awareness that resonates with our student creator audience and drives adoption

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance and consumer marketing
  • Proven success increasing product adoption and MAUs through multi-channel digital acquisition strategies
  • Hands-on expertise with organic social growth, content development, SEO, AIO, paid media, email/web automation, and CRM tools
  • Experience leveraging platforms favored by student and creator communities (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit) to build awareness and accelerate digital adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agencies & internal partners to deliver high-quality, high-velocity output
  • Proficiency with AI marketing tools (prompting, content creation, segmentation, keyword modeling, automation) and ability to demonstrate value/ROI
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using dashboards to optimize based on KPI performance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, balancing experimentation with urgency and business impact
  • Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience using Airtable, Canva, Contentful, Pendo a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to university students, especially in education technology, consumer, or SaaS
  • Experience in media and entertainment marketing, creator economy marketing, or digital content creation
  • Understanding of Gen Z creator behaviors, influencer dynamics, and AI-driven storytelling
  • A portfolio of digital work that demonstrates innovative adoption strategies and measurable growth outcomes
  • A passion for building something new-Flow Studio is in a high-growth phase, and you are energized by fast learning cycles and experimentation

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $139,150. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
