Le responsable des partenariats d'apprentissage, chargé de soutenir les initiatives internes de développement de contenu, se concentrera sur la coordination avec les équipes internes (telles que les équipes produit, formation et communauté) afin d'aligner les efforts de création de contenu sur les objectifs stratégiques d'apprentissage.
Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour soutenir le développement de contenu d'apprentissage ciblé et élaborer des feuilles de route communes
- Coordonner les calendriers des projets, les livrables et les boucles de rétroaction entre les équipes
- Tenir à jour les calendriers de contenu et la documentation afin d'assurer l'alignement et la visibilité
- Contribuer à identifier les lacunes et les opportunités dans la couverture du contenu pour les publics clés.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre d'améliorations des processus pour la collaboration interne.
- Faciliter les processus qui alignent les priorités d'apprentissage des clients avec celles des parties prenantes internes, en tirant parti des modèles d'apprentissage et des pratiques de développement de contenu issus de l'apprentissage des clients.
- Établir des processus d'alignement et de pipeline avec l'équipe de production de contenu afin de garantir que les initiatives de contenu sont exécutées dans les délais et répondent aux normes de qualité.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et partager les informations avec le directeur principal.
Qualifications minimales
- Licence en éducation, conception pédagogique, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la coordination de contenu, la gestion de programmes ou la communication interne
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion de projets
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l'apprentissage et du développement ou des technologies éducatives est préférable

Position Overview
The Learning Partnerships Manager to support internal content development initiatives will focus on coordinating with internal teams-such as product, education, and community-to align content creation efforts with strategic learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development of targeted learning content and develop shared roadmaps
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across teams
- Maintain content calendars and documentation to ensure alignment and visibility
- Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities in content coverage for key audiences
- Support the implementation of process improvements for internal collaboration
- Facilitate processes that align customer learning priorities with internal stakeholder priorities, leveraging the learning models and content development practices from customer learning
- Build alignment and pipeline processes with Content Production team to ensure content initiatives are executed on time and meet quality standards
- Track performance metrics and share insights with the Senior Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in content coordination, program management, or internal communications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in learning and development or education technology is preferred

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
