Position Overview
Fusion is one of Autodesk's fastest growing businesses, and ASEAN is a major opportunity region with fast moving, innovation driven manufacturers. We are hiring a Fusion Sales Representative for ASEAN to expand Fusion's footprint by working directly with Autodesk's channel partners across the region. You will be based in Thailand, the largest concentration of Fusion customers in ASEAN, and operate as the primary field presence for Fusion.
This is a field sales role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and can build a business from the ground up. You will co sell with partners, coach them on Fusion strategy, deliver enablement, and serve as the direct connection between the ASEAN partner ecosystem and the global Fusion organization. Your job is to unlock partner capacity, elevate their Fusion expertise, and drive new Fusion opportunities into the market.

Responsibilities
- Drive Fusion adoption and revenue growth across ASEAN through active engagement with Autodesk channel partners.
- Co-sell on live opportunities with partners, supporting discovery, value messaging, deal strategy, and closing motions.
- Deliver ongoing enablement to partners including product updates, competitive positioning, and best practices.
- Act as the primary regional link between ASEAN partners and the broader Fusion sales, technical, and marketing teams.
- Identify high potential partners and build targeted plans to expand their Fusion-selling capability.
- Develop pipeline jointly with partners through account mapping, targeted outreach, events, workshops, and local marketing efforts.
- Operate as the field expert for Fusion in ASEAN, meeting customers directly when needed to support partner-led sales cycles.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, deal progression, and forecasting through Salesforce.
- Gather local market feedback and relay insights to product, marketing, and global sales leadership to help shape APAC strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong sales experience in software, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.
- Experience working with or through channel partners, including co selling and partner enablement.
- Comfortable operating in a field-based, self-directed environment across multiple countries.
- Ability to influence both partner sellers and end customers, from hands-on engineers to business leaders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business in an emerging and diverse region.
- Strong relationship building skills and cultural adaptability across ASEAN markets.
- High energy, disciplined execution, and comfort in a fast moving, high growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fusion revenue performance across ASEAN.
- Partner-generated pipeline creation and progression.
- Partner enablement effectiveness and growth of active Fusion-selling partners.
- Deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and execution quality.
- Field engagement and alignment with APAC Fusion leadership.
