At Autodesk, our Finance organization is driven by a vision to champion financial excellence as we design and make a better world for all. As One Finance Team, we enable the company to achieve ambitious business outcomes, strengthen our industry-leading reputation, and develop the next generation of financial leaders.

Position Overview

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team. You will partner closely with Finance Business Partners, business unit budget owners and various stakeholders across the finance organization. This role will be heavily focused on designing dashboards, reports and automations to deliver financial insights to key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Process and Tool Improvement. Just because a process or model exists, doesn't mean it's the best way to meet the need. You will be a key decision maker on our forecast, close and planning processes - you'll learn our processes and tools, learn how what we do impacts our team and other groups, and then make recommendations and lead projects that simplify the ways we work. We want to use the best tools and automate where possible so that we can spend less time on manual tasks and more time adding value

  • Partnership with stakeholders and budget owners: You will partner with various stakeholders to manage the quarterly forecast and close processes including analysis of business trends, identification of risk & opportunity, variance explanations and consolidation. In addition, you will provide financial modeling and analysis support to the annual planning process and periodic investment portfolio analysis
