Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Digital & eCommerce (DEC) Team. This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager and help support the VP of Digital & eCommerce.

As a Finance Manager, you will partner closely with a variety of key stakeholders across Finance, DEC and other part of the COO organization.

The ideal candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, capability to work at different levels, a proven track record of building and improving complex financial models, have excellent collaboration skills, be agile and innovative. This is a highly strategic role that is expected to build processes and drive insights and action that lead to measurable impact on the business.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the DEC teams to develop and lead models and dashboards to understand our digital GTM motion
  • Surface key insights to help steer the key focus areas for the business
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners across DEC, Marketing and Sales to build cohesive insights
  • Develop financial Frameworks to help drive strategic business decisions, provide insight into ROI and track progress against our strategic goals
  • Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior leadership
  • Lead Adhoc projects in support of business initiatives
  • Pilot global finance initiatives involving broad cross functional teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience with finance or supporting a self-serve business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence effectively
  • Demonstration of leadership and management capabilities
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize, and work in fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS and Marketing Metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, ACV, Churn, pipeline creation, digital sales, and more

  • Analyzing business performance - Create financial frameworks in order to review business KPIs and the actual results; analyzing and articulating the financial impact of investment and balancing operational excellence and maximizing ROI
  • Problem Solving - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate through systems and individuals, driving process improvement and enhancing reporting capabilities
  • Partnering - You know how to engage cross-functional teams to further drive the team's goals.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,400 and $173,800. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
