Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Director in our global customer support organization. This role is a trusted partner to leadership - enabling operational excellence, driving organizational effectiveness, and strengthening collaboration across a global support organization.
You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while helping foster clear communication, strong team engagement, and alignment across regions and functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and embodies Autodesk's values of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Excellence
- Manage a global calendar across multiple time zones, aligning priorities and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel; prepare itineraries and submit timely expense reports
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to ensure leader readiness
- Track budgets, invoices, and department expenses with accuracy and accountability
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and impact
Meeting & Communication Effectiveness
- Partner with leadership to design clear, outcome-driven meeting agendas
- Prepare materials, track action items, and follow up to ensure execution and accountability
- Support leadership communications across a global, customer-focused organization
- Maintain collaboration channels (Slack/Teams, SharePoint, distribution lists) to promote transparency and alignment
Events & Team Engagement
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings, leadership offsites, and team events
- Manage logistics including venues, travel, catering, and virtual platforms
- Support initiatives that strengthen team camaraderie, inclusion, and connection across geographies
- Assist with onboarding and team recognition efforts
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Build strong relationships across leaders, executive assistants, and cross-functional partners
- Act as a connector to drive effective communication and alignment across the organization
- Represent Autodesk's culture and values in all interactions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, global environment
- Expertise in complex calendar management and global scheduling
- Experience with travel coordination, expense management, and event planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, SharePoint)
- Comfortable adopting AI-powered and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to operate with integrity, accountability, and sound judgment

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $63,000 and $112,530. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
