Position Overview
The Director, Partner Sales GCR (Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), is a senior leadership role responsible for transformation and innovation across the partner ecosystem. This role architect's scalable strategies, leads enterprise-wide collaboration, and governs performance across partner segments. It demands strategic influence, organizational leadership, and data-driven decision-making. With expertise in distribution, solutions sales, and transformation, the individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing Autodesk's business strategy through our Value-Added Distributors and Reseller Partners. Whilst reporting to the APAC Partner lead, the individual will be a core member of the GCR leadership team influencing strategy and delivering on business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the GCR Channel strategy in collaboration with the Global Partner Programs team to achieve growth targets for our business
- Translates Autodesk's global strategy into actionable regional and functional plans
- Communicate Autodesk's strategy and direction to partners, establish mutual targets, and review business plans to achieve shared goals
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partner Principals and executives, acting as a business consultant to guide their strategic direction aligned with Autodesk goals
- Own partner pipeline strategy and forecasting integrity across the partner organization, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration between partner teams and other functions, including Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, Partner Programs, and Customer Success teams to drive required business results
- Oversee performance governance across partner ecosystems, driving strategic interventions and executive-level reviews
- Manage and develop Partner Account Managers providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure quota achievement and professional growth in alignment with Autodesk's Culture Values
- Collaborate with Value-added Distributors to identify, recruit, and enable new partners to support business growth in close collaboration
- Design and implement strategic Channel programs, collaborating with VADs, internal sales, and marketing teams for successful execution
- Analyse partner enablement needs and collaborates with VADs and internal teams to develop and execute the enablement plans
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a Channel leadership position within a technology environment is essential
- Demonstrated experience managing partner sales team.
- Strong business acumen, self-directed, relationship-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple stakeholders
