You will report to the Senior Manager of Industry Sales Execution and work with Americas Construction Sales, Territory Sales, Autodesk Partner Channel, and extended industry teams to support and grow the Autodesk Construction business. This hybrid role will have you working virtually w/ teams across North and Latin America. You will align, develop, and implement strategic sales initiatives resulting in sales teams reaching their sales goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that is known for it's creative problem solving to drive real impact on the bottom line at Autodesk. Through this role, you will lead teams comprised of members from almost every department at Autodesk
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Execution: Design and execute sales strategies aligned with Autodesk's goals to drive growth in the Construction segment
- Sales Enablement & Tools: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to streamline communication and equip teams with tools, resources, and targeted sales plays
- Partner Enablement: Own the creation and distribution of quarterly Partner playbooks that support construction-focused sales plays driving pipeline
- Sales Play Development: Build, manage, and evolve impactful quarterly sales plays, aligning with business objectives, Industry Strategy, and Partner needs
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess the success of sales initiatives using relevant metrics. Identify trends, surface potential issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather feedback from Partners, customers, and internal sales teams to inform strategic decisions and improve future programs
- Program Management: Lead cross-departmental teams and ensure timely execution of initiatives, creating alignment across a matrixed organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years in construction sales, channel sales, marketing, or relevant industry technology experience
- Demonstrated success in program and project management
- Strong ability to facilitate meetings and build consensus across teams
- Proven collaboration skills across remote and geographically dispersed teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
- Experience selling in or supporting a partner/distribution channel model
- Financial acumen to evaluate performance metrics and influence decision-making
- Familiarity with the Construction and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Experience working with or understanding of Design & Manufacturing or Media & Entertainment industries is a plus

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
