Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Associate Digital Business Manager with strong sales acumen and technical expertise to build and lead our newly formed team of Digital Business Representatives (DBR).
Your primary focus will be on leading your team to high performance and to over-achieve KSO revenue targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.
We are looking for someone passionate about helping others grow their digital business careers, someone courageous who thinks and acts like a founder, driving the creation and high-performance standards of this new team. You will report directly to the Global Director of Digital Business and operate in a hybrid/remote capacity from our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach and motivate a team of Digital Business Representatives responsible for the assigned APJ (incl. Japan & South Korea) region.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue/new-logo targets of closed business.
- Develop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careers.
- Educate Digital Business Representatives to sell through different channels such as Phone (Inbound & Outbound), Email, Sales Chat and Scheduled Appointments.
- Ensure disciplined global answer rates, inbound and outbound quality standards, and lead conversion metrics by adhering to schedules and conducting quality assessments of representative engagements.
- Drive & Support Sales Automation within your team (HVS, Clari, AI..).
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed their KSO goals through coaching, sales skills, product skills training and regular communication of results.
- Work with extended Marketing teams to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting.
- Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishment.
- Work with internal sales operations partners and identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity.
- Ensure the collaboration between Digital E-Commerce and extended Teams is successful.
- Align with Marketing, Digital E-Commerce and Sales operations to re-design customer pathways and thereby grow territory numbers.
- Foster a purposeful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work.

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Japanese or Korean, is considered an advantage.
- 5+ years extensive and proven experience in sales in enterprise applications, with experience in over-achievement of quota expectations
- 3+ years People management experience
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with your team and customers.
- Prior inside sales experience (ideally in technology sales)
- Promote and improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk career progression framework
- Be visionary and objective in your leadership approach
