Analyst, Brand Merchandising & Enablement
Job Requisition ID #
26WD95866
Role Summary
This role is a unique early career opportunity for a high potential individual to help shape how the Autodesk brand shows up across the company and in market.
As Associate, Brand Merchandising & Enablement, you will play a hands on role in defining, delivering, and evolving Autodesk's brand merchandising strategy. You will work at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and enterprise enablement, partnering closely with the Brand Creative Studio, Brand Strategy team, and senior marketing leadership.
This role sits within the Office of the CMO, offering rare visibility into how brand, strategy, and execution come together at the enterprise level. It is an opportunity to learn how a global brand is built and scaled, while owning meaningful work that directly impacts how Autodesk teams bring the brand to life.
What You Will Do
Brand Merchandising Strategy & Delivery
- Support the development and execution of Autodesk's brand merchandising strategy across priority moments, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Help translate brand strategy into tangible, high quality brand assets, toolkits, and experiences that teams can easily adopt and use.
- Partner closely with the Brand Creative Studio to ensure brand merchandising is creatively compelling, strategically grounded, and operationally scalable.
- Own day to day coordination, tracking, and delivery of brand merchandising initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief, and to brand standards.
Brand Enablement
- Partner with the Brand Strategy team and senior stakeholders to identify where teams need clarity, guidance, or tools to effectively activate the Autodesk brand.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of brand enablement materials, including playbooks, guidelines, toolkits, and internal communications.
- Help ensure brand enablement work is practical, usable, and aligned to how teams actually operate, not just theoretically sound.
- Support change management and adoption by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and continuously improving enablement approaches.
Cross Functional Partnership & Leadership Exposure
- Act as a connective tissue across Brand Strategy, Brand Creative Studio, and broader Marketing teams, helping work move smoothly from strategy to execution.
- Prepare materials, updates, and readouts for leadership reviews and decision making forums.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders within Marketing and the Office of the CMO, learning how enterprise priorities are set and executed.
- Bring a fresh perspective, curiosity, and point of view to brand discussions, grounded in customer empathy and cultural relevance.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in brand, storytelling, and how brands show up consistently across touchpoints.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and translate them into clear next steps.
Why This Role Matters
- This role has real impact. You will help define how Autodesk's brand is merchandised and enabled across the company, not just execute against pre set tasks.
- You will work directly with senior leaders and experienced brand practitioners, gaining exposure that is rare for an early career role.
- You will sit at the center of strategy and execution, learning how enterprise brand decisions are made and operationalized.
- You will build a strong foundation for a career in brand strategy, creative leadership, or marketing transformation.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- Brand merchandising initiatives are delivered with high quality, strong adoption, and clear alignment to brand strategy.
- Creative and strategy partners see you as reliable, proactive, and thoughtful.
